By using YoForge's services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications made to these terms.

YoForge is an online service that helps content creators generate scripts, titles, tags, SEO analyses, and videos (Story Maker) using artificial intelligence.

The service operates on a credit system: each action consumes a set number of credits, displayed before each generation.

Access to certain features requires creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activities carried out through your account. As such, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete registration information;
• maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials;
• assume responsibility for all activity carried out through your account;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• keep your account information up to date. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

Our AI content generation services operate on a credit system. The number of credits required for each action is determined by its complexity and displayed before generation.

Credits constitute a monthly quota allocated according to your plan; they do not carry over from one month to the next.

Credits are only deducted upon successful generation. For Story Maker videos, credits are reserved at launch and automatically returned in case of failure.

When your credit balance is exhausted, you must upgrade to a higher plan to obtain more.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your banking details never pass through our servers.

Subscriptions are commitment-free, billed month to month. Any plan change takes effect immediately on a prorated basis. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current period, with no partial refund.

Credits are non-refundable, except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you submit for AI generation.

• Use our services for lawful, creative, and commercial purposes;
• generate content in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• respect the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• use generated content in accordance with these terms and the rules of distribution platforms.

• Generate illegal, hateful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content;
• create content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• produce content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead;
• generate content depicting minors in an inappropriate manner;
• create content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
• use our services to spam, harass, or harm others;
• attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems;
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

The content and elements accessible through our service (texts, graphics, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property laws.

YoForge and its services — including all software, algorithms, designs, and content — are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our express written authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our services, subject to the following:

• you grant us a limited license to process and store your content in order to provide the service;
• you represent that you have the necessary rights over the content you provide as input;
• you are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with these terms;
• we may remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, YoForge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the service.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• any warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content;
• any liability for your use or distribution of generated content;
• any liability for damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, your account and associated data are deleted, except information that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

You may close your account at any time from your management dashboard or by contacting our support team. After termination, your access to the service ceases, but these terms continue to apply to your prior use.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• violation of these terms;
• fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• non-payment of amounts owed;
• extended period of inactivity;
• legal or regulatory obligation;
• protection of our rights, property, or safety.

These terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers.

We may modify these terms. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
